Over these twenty years in the business of serving creative and traditional Mexican food, the La Paz Restaurant Family has developed a keen interest in the great people and stories of Mexico. Through our alliance with AeroMexico Airlines, we have had the opportunity to explore and discover this incredible country.  We have become extremely active in cause-related issues and in conjunction with this concept, we have joined in a partnership with Pronatura, one of the largest conservation organizations in Mexico.
